IUI: If you're doing an IUI, Pre-Seed will not change your chance of pregnancy. If your doctor advised you to have intercourse in addition to your IUI, you can use it for a lubricant.

Can letrozole suppress estrogen to where it is undetected and increase FSH to over 60. Always ovulate, no hx of spotting until I took Femara for IUI. Doc tested CD 10 (3 days after last dose), said E2 0 and FSH over 60. ?
