What can cause kidney feels like "being stabbed with hot needles" ? best way to describe pain. worse than my usual pain. urinating worsens it. urine during night somewhat clear but had bubbles.

Few things: Many causes of kidney pain including infection, kidney stones, obstruction etc. call your physician today and try will order a urinalysis and culture as well as possibly an imaging study if needed.
