Usually not...: Foamy urine appears in the patients with diabetic kidney disease(diabetic nephropathy), inherent kidney(nephrotic syndrome), or drugs such as televancin . Otherwise, occasional occurrence is ok as long as urinalysis is normal, there is no uti, and kidney function is good as tested. But, detailing? Ask your doctor. Best...
