Had mri 1yr ago because of strange symptoms symptoms really bad, would that first mri show ms even though it was done a week after very mild symptoms?

It could show signs: It is possible that an MRI performed 1 week after your symptoms started would show signs of plaques from Multiple Sclerosis. If the MRI was done without intravenous contrast (dye injected into your vein) some plaques might not be visible on the MRI.
