I have aching pain in my upper back and neck and shoulders a little in my ribs at the back.. also chest hurts when breathing in ?

Mgt: There are a number of possible conditions which can cause these symptoms. If you are otherwise healthy, muscular pain is a likely cause. Other possible causes include pleuritic inflammation or infection. In your age group, cardiac findings are less common. I would recommend a NSAID and a heating pad. If the pain worsen or does not resolve in a few weeks, please see your physician.
