Young: Erectile dysfunction has many causes. If he is young then most common cause is anxiety related - " performance anxiety" etc. pathological cause like venous disease or arterial diseases can exist as we grow older. If it is the former case,seeing a psychologist, urologist or psychiatrist might help and best - his partner making him comfortable
