Normal: Normal is anything less than 140/90. You have quite a way to go. Being edgy and wired can increase your BP a little.

Hi i just came from a boold pressure check and my blood is 90/50 and i am 30weeks pregaant , i have been feeling really off balance and dizzy for say atleast 5-7 days now and then the lady said its too low she said i must call gyne.
During work i had a mini feeling of fainting, loss balance. Dunno why, but i thought about it and had panic attack. Could you have a stroke from the blood pressure being too high? It's lower now.
