My baby is 7 months old. he began shrieking tonight but didn't seem upset. while playing he began to jerk back. what's wrong?

Teething pain: He may be teething and was in pain when he began shrieking. You may want to give him pain relief medication in the form of tylenol (acetaminophen) or ibuprofen. As long as he seems content i wouldnt be overly concerned.
