Vitamins/supplements: Take vitamin B6 (50 mg), magnesium (400mg) and vitex (400 mg) one of each daily. It may take a few months but if you take these supplements daily it should decrease the pain and cramping of your periods. Also make sure you take a mulitvitamin and drink 60-80 oz of water daily
