Yes: cardiac pain can be in both shoulders and both arms, although you are a little young for that. Shoulder pain can also be secondary to stress from the shoulder and or neck area. For example, a pinched nerve in the neck, can cause shoulder pain. Have other causes of pain in addition to heart evaluated. Best of luck to you
