Immeasurable cervix since 22 weeks and 1cm dilated. now i am 32 weeks. no contractions ever detected on nst's, 1cm dilated. can i make it full term?

Maybe: Congratulations on making it this far! At 32 weeks the baby is in pretty good shape and chances are very good that it will be just fine. If you can hang in another 2 weeks you can expect the baby to ultimately do just as well as if you make it all the way to full term.
