Bleeding: Bright red blood is something to be taken seriously. You ned to see your doctor for a full history and exam. Some causes more commonly are hemorrhoids, trauma (anal sex etc.), inflammatory bowel disease, and less likely cancer. You likely will need a scope test done to be sure. please see your doctor to check your blood count as well in case you are anemic- less likely. I am erring on caution.
