Bleeding? Ulcer?: "Black liquid diarrhea" suggests upper gastrointestinal tract bleeding. (Digested blood is black and runs through quickly.) Could be an ulcer, but any GI bleeding is serious. If you are (or become) dizzy or light headed, call your doctor's office now or visit an emergency room or urgent care clinic. If otherwise feel OK, since it's been 3 days, it's probably safe to wait until tomorrow. Good luck!
