No: Sinusitis requiring surgical drainage will not produce systemic effects such as sweating of legs or night sweating. Latter is more of a systemic problem that might have resulted from progression of sinusitis. Chest X ray and WBC needed to further evaluate cause of additional symptoms but should follow drainage of the sinuses.

?: Night sweats can be associated with many things. If you have seen an ENT doctor and an allergist for evaluation, you might consider seeing an internist for a good general examination. Anxiety can also be associated with night sweats. Good luck
