Not relevant: If you're feeling unwell, stick to light exercise as it may make you feel somewhat better. If you're referring to wrapping yourself to force sweating, this is not advised. Sinusitis is a matter of blocked drainage and should be treated by a professional with decongestants and nasal toilette if acute and combo intranasal ; oral medicines if chronic.
