See a doc/ clarify: This question is impossible to answer as you don't tell us what you want to make sure is nothing serious. Docs here have many talents but mind-reading is not amongst them. Please supply more information, but the best way to make certain that "it's nothing serious" would be to see a doctor in person so you can be examined and have tests if appropriate.
