Hi i have a skin rash my doctor said it was scabies. didnt do any test but im wondering if they have it wrong as i have lupus maybe it could just be a flare up?

Different appearance: The rash of scabies usually differs greatly in appearance and symptoms. The confusion would be unlikely, but if in doubt, seek a second opinion.

Itchy?: Scabies causes intense itching especially at night aside from the rash , lupus rash is not associated with itching. Hope this helps.
