I got a tattoo a month ago i cleaned it 2 weeks then stopped and apply aquaphor 3 times a day i woke up with a rash around the tattoo but not on it?

May be sensitive: There are many ingredients in Aquaphor and you may be sensitive to one of them. You really should need much more mositurizer but if your skin remains dry consider switching to pure aloe Vera gel or petrolatum gel.
