Possibly: It is known that aspirin lowers the incidence of colon cancer. Now there is a suggestion that aspirin may lower the incidence of malignant melanoma. In a group studied there were 548 incidents of melanoma during the period. After controlling for sun exposure, sunscreen use and a history of skin cancer , it was found that women who reported using aspirin had an average 21% lower incidence.

Not aware: I am not aware of a strong link between aspirin and a risk reduction in the development of melanoma.
