More stretching: Diffuse pain in multiple areas of the body can be a sign of mild arthritis. "Morning stiffness" that improves after you get moving is a classic symptom. I applaud your efforts of jogging, but I would like to emphasize the importance of a good stretching regimen (dedicated 15 minutes to stretching alone) for all parts of the body prior to exercising, if you do not already do so.
