Ablation unfortunate: Lu doesn't mean no more menstrual cycles. The endometrium is scarred thus less bleeding with cycles .yes you are having cycles ,thus cramping etc.You may want to consult wth your gynecologist about supessing cycle s with something likeDepo Provera (medroxyprogesterone) if you are having too much discomfort.
