Urologist: ultrasound certainly wouldn't be the first thing I would recommend for your symptoms. Have you had a urinalysis and urine culture for example. If not, cystitis is highly likely can be treated with antibiotics. If cultures are negative, you need a cystoscopy by a urologist.
