For a few months, i don't feel the urge to pee anymore as it happens so rarely. but i pee whenever i feel a sensation in my groin then afterward it's gone. do i have an underactive bladder despite a normal kub (and prostate) ultrasound result?

If you void 7 or 8 ounces of urine and didn't have an urge to urinate, it would point to a neurogenic bladder disorder. Start with a urodynamic study of your bladder as dictated by a urologist.
