? Yeast Infection: Body odors can be due to a number of issues. The groin and underarms have a high concentration of hair follicles and sweat glands. They can become infected. The moisture can lead to yeast infections of the skin or glands in these areas. If yeast infection, may be a sign of other condition like diabetes. See your doctor for evaluation.
