Size varies with age: Penis size varies from man to man- since you have already entered puberty, i would not panic and advise watchful waiting. Unfortunately, our society places a lot of emphasis on size; however growth can vary or be be delayed. Obviousloy if you concerns are worsening in the next few months, you can have your physician check the testicles and penis for any abnormalities. I would give it 1-2 years.
