Bleeding: If you were bleeding rectally I would advise you to see a physician as soon as possible

See below: Passing blood per rectum can be due to several causes including bleeding internal hemorrhoids, infection or inflammation of the rectum or colon and tumors of the colon. Passing orange colored mucus is often due to Keriorrhea:consumption of indigestible wax esters found in oil fish( snake mackerel)and escolar(often mislabeled and sold as Butterfish, Codfish and Tuna)**Sushi restaurants often mislabel escolar as "white tuna".
