Unsure: It is difficult to interpret those findings without knowing the complete clinical setting. It can be normal to have prominent loops of bowel. It is also difficult to interpret the splenomegaly comment without knowing the actual size of the spleen. If you have concerns, I would speak with the doctor who ordered the ultrasound. Good luck.
