I had a chest ct it says fusiform actasia ascending aorta 3.1 and calcified right hilar nodes can you please explain?

CT: These findings should be discussed with your Doc so you can get a clearer explanation than the limited space here allows. In short it says your aorta is a bit enlarged and there are some calcified lymph nodes in your chest. Your doctor can explain these findings in detail to you and their possible meanings.
