Needs further work up: Chest pain and hemolysis is a 28 year old, no smoker, certainly needs further work up. Cancer is low in the differential. Bronchiscopy is the reasonable next step. Could be many causes including sarcoidosis, infection, etc.
Created for people with ongoing healthcare needs but benefits everyone.
