Blood pregnancy test: Any abnormal blood especially with a fertility drug like Clomid (clomiphene) needs a blood pregnancy test. Discomforts in the vagina may be part of a tubal pregnancy complication. Other possibilities are the side effects of Clomid (clomiphene) such as vaginal dryness. Your prescribing doctor needs to hear from you.
