Pregnant or not?: If your pregnancy test was negative then perhaps your dose of Clomid (clomiphene) wasn't enough to get you to ovulate. If 35 days after you took the Clomid (clomiphene) you still haven't had a period, and your pregnancy test is negative, you will probably need another round of Clomid (clomiphene). Check with your doctor about if you need a higher dose.

All is well: Some women develop cysts on Clomid (clomiphene). These cysts can delay your periods and also cause brownish discharge and pain till the cysts resolve spontaneously. You do not need surgery. It will happen in good time. Patience is needed.
