HIV: The overwhelming probability is that you did not get HIV infection. You do not say whether the oral sex was done to you (in which case you were not in any significant risk), or whether you did it to a woman (not a risk). If you did to another man and semen hit the back of your throat that is a good way to become infected so in the future make sure he has a condom on. You are going to be fine.
