See your doc: To be safe, you can have your doctor do a blood pregnancy test. there are many causes of a missed periods and it is fairly common to miss one once in a white and yet find nothing wrong. Stress can cause it, too. Of course, if you are still practicing unprotected sex, you can have gotten pregnant recently and it may be too soon for the pg test to be positive.
