More info, please: How long have you had these lumps? Does your throat hurt? Any cough, fever, or runny nose? Whitish areas on the back of your throat, if new, could be due to a strep infection, which requires treatment. If not new, then you still need to get checked to see what is going on. "A picture speaks a thousand words," and without seeing what you describe, it is hard to tell what is going on.
