Growling can be OK: Hi Deborah, By growling I assume you mean your stomach makes bubbling, gurgling sounds? Are these painful or have your eating habits changed? Any vomiting or diarrhea? If not, and its only 'growling' then it may not be a matter to worry about. Your intestines are supposed to be doing their job of digesting. But if you have any of the above symptoms then see your doctor.
