Baby's sake: You may not feel hungry due to the pregnancy symptoms, however it's important that you do actually try to eat for the baby's sake because it needs your nutrients to grow and mature properly in the uterus through the placenta. The growling is likely your stomach telling you you still need to eat even though you don't feel like it. The body has a funny way of telling us what we need sometimes.
