Hi i always had a small nose and never noticed an issue. lately on the left side of my nose a bump that comes and goes but i know it is not a pimple. ?

Well if it comes and: goes, how are you sure it is not a pimple? It could be a precancer or fibrous papule. Best to see a dermatologist for diagnosis and possilbe treatment. Hope that helps
