I have been sick for 5 months on and off i'm not pregnant any ideas what could be causing this..i'm going for endoscope nxt wk i can't cope with this ?

Sick: You did not give any symptoms for us to base any suggestions on. Sounds like your doctors feel it is gastrointestinal, so I would follow their advice and continue with the workup that has been outlined.

Need more info: describe "sick". nausea? pain? headaches? taking antacids? other medical problems? sounds like endoscopy is a good idea

Unfortunately, you didn't provide a lot of information about your condition and based on one symptom it is virtually impossible to make a correct diagnosis. Common things that can cause nausea are - gastritis (stomach lining inflammation), ulcer, reflux (acid), H.Pylori infection. Gallbladder issues (stones) can be another common issue.
