Would someone taking blood pressure meds and cholestyramine hurt from taking chorella?

Not likely: Chlorella is from alga and can improve the effects of the immune system and help with clotting. Anyone taking immunosuppressive medication should avoid it. As like many other green vegetables it has lots of Vitamin K, so will interfere with warfarin, an anticoagulant medication.
