Sure: symptoms while monitoring are helpful, but if you didn't have symptoms, we still haven't sorted out the symptoms. can do a month long monitor; very rare but severe symptoms can be sorted out with an implantable monitor with a 2 year battery. google "event monitor" & "implantable loop recorder"
