A few days.: Given your non-immunocompromised status, I feel that you should be getting some improvement within 3 to 5 days, although that certainly depends on the severity of the initial thrush infection. If you are not seeing any relief after 7 to 10 days, I would contact your gastroenterologist. Good luck.
