I've abdominal pain (just below the navel, about 3 inches to the right from my perspective) for about 4 days. please help? is it appendicitis?

Could be: pain for three days doubt about appendicitis. but there is always exception to the rules. location fit with appencitis. you are 26 years old male there is three possibilities beside appendicitis. one is torsion testicles could cause pain in the abdomen with no pain in the testicle,unusual but it can happen.kidney problem,and possible hernia. my advice see a doctor please.

You need: a physical exam today to determine what the cause of your pain is. If your regular Doctor is not available, You may need to go to your nearest Emergency room or Urgent Care. Acute Appendicitis is possibly an Emergency condition and only a real live doctor can diagnose you.
