You need to be examined to help figure out what this is from. You can start with your primary care doctor so that doctor can examine you and likely order an imaging test like a CT scan. After 10 days of such symptoms, I 'd skip the middle man and directly consult an abdominal surgeon as he/she has much more experience in evaluating such persistent or recurring abdominal discomfort. Any appropriate testing will be ordered and I think you'll have more peace of mind.

Ther is a possibility that you might have an an incarcerated umbilical hernia. Best is to get checkrd out by a surgeon soon or go to the ER
