Examination: Recommend monthly breast exams for abnornalities. Pin prick sensation can be from nerves or irritation to ducts in the breast. It is however best to have this examined further.

Nerve: This sounds like an irritable or irritated superficial nerve causing the symptom but I still recommend that you have your physician examine your breast to be sure. I wouldn't worry about anything serious if your breast exam is normal.
