If it hurts so bad U: And can't sleep,U might as well go in now.Im worried about so much sudden pain.A blood clot must be ruled out.This can b a life threatening condition.Risk for clot is raised by hours of sitting still,as in traveling in car/plane,trauma to the leg or knee,or family history of blood clots.Go get checked.Good luck
