Many things: If you have no pain walking, unless you walk very slowly, poor circulation seems unlikely. Most of my patients experience more pain when they go to bed, what ever the condition happens to be. I think that is because we are distracted during the day and we aggravate many conditions with daily activities, so it hurts more when we go to bed. You may have arthritis, a pinched nerve, a torn meniscus
