I've been having lower left abdominal pain radiating to the left lower side of my back as well going kind of up toward the middle for a few days now.

Colon or Gyn Pain: Left sided pain is usual your sigmoid colon (diverticulitis) or your ovaries or Fallopian tube. I would see a Ob/Gyn and get an ultrasound of your ovaries. If clear, I would get an order for a Ct scan to make sure it is not diverticulitis.
