A member asked:

What can cause a chronic low level ache in my lower abdominal , upper groin area, toward my right side.?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

The Following:: Ovarian cyst, an inguinal hernia, chronic appendicitis, a muscular strain or ligament injury, referred pain from other nearby pathology, a urinary bladder infection, a right sided kidney infection, a tumor, colitis, inflammation of the bowels, and many others. A good history and physical by your doctor would be of great benefit.
