Cysts are usually: fluid filled and benign. Fibrocystic breast disease is considered benign. BC aren't cysts, but are solid massed tumors. Family history is no longer the reason women get BC. Environmental toxins and epigenetics are pointing to many BC occurring in families with no history. So do your monthly breast exam, get your F/U US in 6 months, eat a clean diet (no GMOs, sodas, sugars, processed, fried foods.)
