Need a good doctor: At age 39, if your iron deficiency is not clearly due to monthly loss or ill-advised vegetarianism, you need a proper workup. Get your carpal tunnel syndrome treated by whatever means and get to a neurologist for the workup of the issues that may be brain related. Trusting your routine physical exam and labs were otherwise nonrevealing. This is no one particular illness.
